What’s covered: Each tier’s features are listed above. yavijava-sso includes a license JWT good for the paid period. OSS support is a relationship — no license artifact.
Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (US, Texas). Email sent outside business hours is read the next business day. Priority-tier support is still bound by a 1-business-day response SLA — see the OSS Support · Priority features above.
