Subscriptions

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual subscriptions (yavijava-sso, OSS Support Standard, OSS Support Priority). If yavijava doesn’t work for your use case, email support@yavijava.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the paid period. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal to stop future renewals.

Consulting

Consulting engagements are quoted and billed via Stripe Invoice. Refund terms are defined in each engagement’s statement of work.

Free trial

The yavijava-sso 30-day free trial is exactly that — free. No charge is incurred during the trial, and no card is required to start.
